At The Pet Standard™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used extensively or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide guidance on the return process.
